Description

  • Develop and execute test plans, test scripts, and process plans.
  • Implement and monitor tests for functionality, reliability, performance, and quality.
  • Identify, investigate, track, and remediate defects and product issues.
  • Recommend and monitor preventative and corrective actions.
  • Compile and analyze testing and quality statistics.
  • Ensure user expectations are addressed throughout the testing process.
  • Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Investigate customer complaints and ServiceNow product issues.
  • Maintain compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
  • Specify, plan, report, design, and review testing activities in ServiceNow and automation areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of ServiceNow testing experience or related experience.
  • Solid end-to-end functional and non-functional testing experience on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Hands-on experience testing ServiceNow-based products.
  • Knowledge of performance, unit, integration, automated, smoke, functional, system, regression, stress, and black-box testing.
  • Ability to select and apply appropriate testing techniques, track issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Experience using IDEs, debuggers, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, and Unix or system administration tools.
  • Working knowledge of an existing automation framework; ServiceNow ATF experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of software testing tools, processes, techniques, and methodologies.
  • ISTQB, CSTE, or CSA certification preferred.
