Description

  • Test AI-based conversational products end-to-end to validate functionality and accuracy.
  • Plan, prepare, and execute manual and automated test cases and test plans.
  • Perform API testing and develop test scripts to validate integrations and services.
  • Monitor and improve QA processes, ensuring agreed standards and procedures are followed.
  • Evaluate model outputs and identify areas where model accuracy and data quality must be improved.
  • Provide detailed testing feedback and reports to engineering and product teams to drive improvements in AI models.
  • Promote data quality awareness across multiple teams and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve quality issues.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of relevant SDET/QA experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related engineering field.
  • Strong focus on delivering high-quality products and a passion for learning new technologies.
  • Experience with manual and automation testing, including test planning, test-case preparation, and execution.
  • Experience in API testing and scripting languages such as Python.
  • Good to have experience with BDD (Behavior Driven Development) platforms.
  • Understanding of testing requirements related to the current project/product and excellent manual testing concepts and tools knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; self-motivated and able to work without supervision.
  • Problem-solving mindset, learning attitude, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of any database (e.g., MySQL) is a plus.
