Description

  • Test AI-based conversational products to ensure product quality.
  • Monitor and improve the quality assurance process and follow agreed standards and procedures.
  • Maintain high data quality awareness across multiple teams.
  • Evaluate model outputs and identify areas where accuracy improvements are needed.
  • Prepare detailed testing feedback to help the team improve AI models.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong focus on delivering high-quality products and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Passion for manual and automation testing, including test planning, test case creation, and test execution.
  • Experience with API testing and scripting languages such as Python.
  • Good to have experience with BDD (Behavior Driven Development) platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of manual testing concepts and tools.
  • Exposure to new technologies, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as a self-starter.
  • Knowledge of databases such as MySQL is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
