Description

  • Test AI-based conversational products to ensure product quality.
  • Monitor and improve the quality assurance process and adherence to agreed standards and procedures.
  • Maintain high data quality awareness across multiple teams.
  • Evaluate model performance and identify areas where accuracy can be improved.
  • Prepare detailed testing feedback to help the team improve AI models.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or testing.
  • Strong focus on delivering high-quality products and a passion for learning new technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with manual testing, automation testing, test planning, test case preparation, and test execution.
  • Experience with API testing and scripting languages such as Python.
  • Preferred experience with BDD (Behavior Driven Development) platforms.
  • Excellent knowledge of manual testing concepts and tools.
  • Exposure to new technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as a self-motivated self-starter.
  • Knowledge of databases such as MySQL is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
