Description

Edit short-form social and performance video content at high volume with fast turnaround.
Work primarily in CapCut and AI-assisted editing tools as part of the daily workflow.
Interpret creative briefs and execute independently with minimal back-and-forth.
Document editing workflows and standard operating procedures for future handoff or automation.
Collaborate with the Media Buyer to align creative output with ad testing cadences.
Maintain quality judgment while operating in a fast-paced, high-output environment.

Requirements

Demonstrated short-form editing experience for paid social and DTC or e-commerce performance content.
Proficiency in CapCut.
Comfort with AI-assisted editing tools is required, not optional.
Ability to internalize creative direction and work independently without hand-holding.
Strong documentation habits and the ability to clearly codify a personal workflow.
Startup-caliber adaptability and comfort with ambiguity, fast-moving environments, and evolving toolsets.
Genuine curiosity about AI in creative production and willingness to experiment with new tooling.
Prior experience in e-commerce or DTC creative environments is preferred.
Experience with performance-focused content such as ads, UGC-style edits, or creative testing is preferred.
