Description

  • Configure and customize Parsec TrakSYS to support manufacturing execution workflows.
  • Develop and maintain TrakSYS objects, screens, reports, event models, and data models.
  • Support enhancements and new feature rollouts aligned with production requirements.
  • Design and support integrations between TrakSYS, ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and other operational tools.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines, APIs, and reporting connections to ensure accurate and timely data flow.
  • Troubleshoot interface, workflow, system, and data issues in live production environments.
  • Partner with the client’s Systems Solutions team to triage and close support tickets promptly.
  • Document root cause analyses and contribute to a knowledge base for recurring issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing workflows and system performance.
  • Contribute to standards, best practices, and documentation for the MES environment.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of hands-on experience with Parsec TrakSYS, including configuration, screens, events, reports, and data models.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating MES with ERP systems and other enterprise applications.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting complex data and workflow issues in manufacturing environments.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, scripting, and/or data query tools used in MES/ERP contexts.
  • Strong communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate with remote, U.S.-based teams.
  • Ability to work within U.S. business hours with full or significant overlap.
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other major ERP platforms in a manufacturing context is preferred.
  • Familiarity with OPC, SCADA, or other industrial automation systems is preferred.
  • Background in discrete or process manufacturing environments is preferred.
  • Experience working in managed services or client-delivery roles is preferred.
