Description

  • Develop and evolve visual identities, including typography, color palettes, guidelines, and templates.
  • Ensure consistent visual language across SMM, CRM, product, marketing, and other brand touchpoints.
  • Define, maintain, and promote brand guidelines across teams and projects.
  • Lead visual direction for campaigns, product launches, key visuals, and other high-impact projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional design teams on cohesive brand communications.
  • Review design outputs and provide constructive feedback to maintain visual quality.
  • Create visual materials for brand communications, internal initiatives, and business needs.
  • Mentor designers and support their development in brand-focused work.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in brand design or a similar role.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating visual identities and cohesive brand systems.
  • Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience creating, maintaining, and implementing brand guidelines across teams and projects.
  • Ability to translate business goals into clear, effective visual solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Experience with performance marketing and measurable campaign visuals (preferred).
  • Experience collaborating with motion and 3D teams (preferred).
  • Experience leading or mentoring designers, plus knowledge of marketing funnels and user behavior (preferred).
