Description

  • Create high-impact promotional visuals through advanced photo manipulation and artistic retouching.
  • Develop key visuals for campaigns, banners, and marketing creatives.
  • Build complex compositions by combining multiple elements into cohesive scenes.
  • Perform artistic retouching including lighting, color grading, atmosphere, and effects.
  • Enhance 3D renders and integrate them seamlessly into promotional creatives.
  • Develop visuals from briefs, references, and abstract concepts.
  • Collaborate with designers, 3D artists, and motion teams to deliver strong visual concepts.
  • Adapt creatives for different formats and platforms.
  • Maintain a high level of detail, style, and visual storytelling.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in creative retouching, CG art, or promo design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing promotional creatives and key visuals.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop.
  • Strong sense of composition, color, lighting, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to create atmospheric and sales-driven visuals.
  • Experience working with 3D renders and compositing.
  • Attention to detail and ability to polish visuals to a high-end quality.
  • Fluency in Russian.
  • Experience in performance marketing is a plus.
  • Experience with AI tools such as Midjourney or Stable Diffusion is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of 3D software such as Blender or Cinema 4D is a plus.
  • Understanding of marketing creatives and user attention patterns is a plus.
