Description

  • Deliver trained and certified simulation scenarios accurately, reliably, and professionally.
  • Portray a range of perspectives and personality profiles using Mursion’s proprietary technology.
  • Facilitate learner reflection and debriefs aligned with stated learning objectives.
  • Provide balanced feedback and fair performance scores to learners.
  • Complete required session forms, attendance, and other operational tasks.
  • Host sessions by welcoming learners, explaining logistics, answering questions, and supporting the experience.
  • Enforce policies, code of conduct, privacy requirements, and intellectual property protections.
  • Manage availability, session schedules, training, meetings, and other assigned tasks.
  • Adapt quickly to evolving technology and changing work priorities.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional acting experience, with improv experience strongly preferred.
  • Native-proficiency in EU-Spanish and English, with the ability to deliver scenarios in both languages.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles or industries, preferably customer service or hospitality.
  • Availability to work Monday–Friday, overnight hours from 12am–8am Eastern.
  • Ability to consistently work 20–30 hours per week.
  • Ability to complete a paid training plan of 65–85 hours within 4–6 weeks while beginning delivery work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.
  • A private, quiet work location with a wired, stable internet connection of at least 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
  • Residence in one of the listed eligible U.S. states or Washington, DC.
