Description

  • Diseñar y mantener arquitecturas de datos, incluyendo pipelines, almacenes y lagos de datos.
  • Integrar datos de múltiples fuentes internas y externas en un repositorio unificado.
  • Diseñar el modelo de datos en Data Cloud, incluyendo Data Model Objects, mapeo de streams y transformaciones.
  • Configurar y ajustar reglas determinísticas y probabilísticas de identity resolution.
  • Diseñar calculated insights y segmentos para alimentar Agentforce y Marketing Cloud Personalization.
  • Desarrollar y mantener procesos ETL para garantizar datos limpios y confiables.
  • Optimizar el rendimiento de bases de datos mediante indexación y tuning.
  • Implementar medidas de seguridad y cumplimiento, como encriptación, gestión de accesos y auditorías.

Requirements

  • Experiencia en modelado de datos en Salesforce Data Cloud, incluyendo Data Model Objects, mapeo de streams y transformaciones.
  • Experiencia con identity resolution determinística y probabilística en Data Cloud.
  • Conocimientos de calculated insights y segmentación en Data Cloud.
  • Conocimiento de conectores nativos de ingesta de Data Cloud para CRM, ecommerce, event streams y procesos batch o streaming.
  • Conocimientos funcionales de bases de datos y SQL.
  • Certificación Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant o experiencia equivalente en plataformas CDP como Segment, Treasure Data, ActionIQ o Amperity (deseable).
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar remotamente de lunes a viernes, de 9:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m.
