Description

  • Lead the implementation of components using Atomic Design principles.
  • Design and scale modular, accessible design systems in collaboration with UX/UI.
  • Define clear naming and styling conventions such as BEM, CSS-in-JS, and SCSS Modules.
  • Integrate living documentation tools such as Storybook, Tokens Studio, or similar solutions.
  • Ensure WCAG compliance and accessibility across all components.
  • Coordinate code reviews, style guides, and team documentation.
  • Propose improvements to performance, frontend architecture, and developer experience (DX).
  • Participate in technical design for integrations with backend and product teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional Frontend development experience.
  • Experience with Patternlab or Storybook, Figma Tokens, Vite, and Webpack.
  • Strong experience implementing and maintaining Design Systems.
  • Proficiency in React, Vue, or other modern frontend frameworks.
  • Deep knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, semantic markup, and accessibility.
  • Experience working with accessible and modular component architectures.
  • Experience collaborating with UX/UI, product, and backend teams is preferred.
