Description

  • Concept, brief, and iterate ad creative for all ad platforms.
  • Own and streamline the ad creative process with the team.
  • Identify winning creative concepts, angles, and hooks.
  • Translate target audience insights into actionable creative direction.
  • Test creative quickly and use performance results to shape the next round of assets.
  • Stay ahead of creative trends and closely monitor competitors.
  • Work directly with the CEO, creators, and editors on creative execution.

Requirements

  • A portfolio with clear, proven results in paid ads for D2C brands.
  • A track record of identifying winning creatives.
  • Specific examples of creatives you made or shaped and the results they drove.
  • Experience with pet brands is a plus.
  • Strong, data-backed opinions and the ability to change course quickly when data disagrees.
  • Comfort with shifting goals, ambiguity, and a fast-paced work style.
  • Ability to take direct feedback constructively.
  • Attention to detail, demonstrated by including the phrase "Teamwork makes the dream work" in the application.
  • Willingness to be assessed on performance and earn more by delivering stronger results.
  • Fully remote and freelance availability.
  • Willingness to use the company’s time-tracking tool and sign an NDA with a non-compete clause.
