Description

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Support customers throughout their lifecycle through proactive and transactional interactions.
  • Understand customer business objectives and define success criteria.
  • Develop and support customer success plans to drive value realization.
  • Identify and manage churn risks.
  • Identify growth and expansion opportunities.
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries related to products, services, and administration.
  • Support customers and internal teams with billing and administrative activities.
  • Collaborate closely with global internal stakeholders and teams.
  • Provide accurate information tailored to the customer’s level and ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies.

Requirements

  • Fluent English at C1 level.
  • French + English at C1 level for remote roles, German + English at C1 level for remote roles, or English only at C1 level for on-site work in Debrecen.
  • Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Service.
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong empathy.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
