Description

  • Conduct detailed intake calls with prospective clients regarding medical malpractice and nursing home claims.
  • Vet and assess potential claims.
  • Gather and accurately document medical and factual information.
  • Support key aspects of the legal intake process.
  • Address client questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Enter and maintain detailed client information in internal systems.
  • Protect confidentiality and exercise sound judgment during client interactions.
  • Work five days per week, with availability between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. EST and weekend coverage as needed.

Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional listening, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfort working on the phone for extended periods.
  • Strong computer and data-entry skills.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to multitask and learn quickly.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, calm, empathetic, and client-focused demeanor.
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
  • Bilingual skills preferred.
  • Candidates within commuting distance of a Morgan & Morgan office must be able to work on-site regularly.
  • For remote work, provide a distraction-free environment and pass an internet speed test with at least 60 Mbps download and 30 Mbps upload speeds before training.
