Description

  • Develop and own the product roadmap for key product areas aligned to company goals, market opportunities, and user needs.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities using data and insights to assess impact and alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner with design and research to uncover unmet needs, validate assumptions, and incorporate customer insights into product direction.
  • Translate research findings into initiatives, define success metrics, and ensure delivery teams build solutions that address validated needs.
  • Monitor product utilization, retention, and customer satisfaction, and create strategies to improve adoption and long-term outcomes.
  • Drive platform strategy with solutions that are scalable, configurable, secure, and compliant.
  • Define, track, and use KPIs such as engagement, retention, ROI, NPS, and operational efficiency to guide prioritization and iteration.
  • Design and oversee experiments, including A/B tests, pilots, and phased rollouts, to evaluate product impact and accelerate learning.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery across engineering, design, operations, compliance, and go-to-market teams.
  • Manage stakeholder trade-offs around sequencing, prioritization, and resourcing while balancing short-term delivery and long-term vision.
  • Mentor and coach product owners, business analysts, and other team members.
  • Track SaaS, healthcare technology, and regulatory trends to inform forward-looking product planning.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience with success driving SaaS or platform products from strategy through adoption.
  • Experience in both D2C and B2B healthcare or adjacent regulated industries.
  • Experience with healthcare technology platforms such as EHRs, care management, or population health systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to define vision, set direction, and lead execution of complex, multi-stakeholder products.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products, including integrations, APIs, data security, and scalability.
  • Proven ability to drive adoption, retention, and measurable user outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and influence skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong business acumen with experience making ROI-driven prioritization decisions.
  • Systems thinking with the ability to balance detailed execution and strategic perspective.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
  • Willingness to travel to the Ankeny, IA headquarters for first-day orientation.
  • No current or future immigration sponsorship required in the United States, including F1-OPT, F1-CPT, H-1B, TN, L-1, and J-1.
