Description

  • Handle a variety of family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, and spousal support cases.
  • Maintain direct client communication and provide client-focused representation.
  • Draft legal documents and other case-related filings.
  • Handle depositions, court appearances, and mediations.
  • Manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Collaborate with a team-oriented legal staff to support collective success.
  • Help establish and shape the culture and success of the new Savannah office.
  • Work in a hybrid format with in-person appearances as required by courts and clients.

Requirements

  • 4 or more years of family law experience.
  • Experience in family law is preferred; litigation candidates interested in practicing family law will also be considered.
  • Active admission to the Georgia State Bar.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-focused environment.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
  • Experience with direct client interaction, document drafting, depositions, court appearances, and mediations is preferred.

Benefits

  • $15,000 signing bonus.
  • Annual base salary of $90,000 to $180,000, with potential commissions based on billable hours and collections.
