Description

  • Transform structured scripts and content outlines into training modules, slide decks, workbooks, and job aids.
  • Apply Modern Family Law brand guidelines consistently across all learning materials and formats.
  • Design and produce eLearning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, or equivalent platforms.
  • Create participant workbooks, facilitator guides, knowledge checks, and reference materials.
  • Select and integrate visuals, graphics, icons, and multimedia elements that support comprehension.
  • Apply adult learning principles to create cohesive learning experiences across the learner journey.
  • Partner with curriculum developers and subject matter experts to translate content goals into effective design choices.
  • Maintain organized file management and version control across design assets and deliverables.
  • Upload, configure, and troubleshoot course content in the LMS, currently TalentLMS.
  • Review materials for consistency, accuracy, accessibility, and instructional alignment, and incorporate stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or training production, with a strong portfolio showing visual quality and design range.
  • Experience applying UI/UX design principles to improve learning effectiveness for diverse learner populations.
  • Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, PowerPoint, or comparable platforms.
  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva for Enterprise, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply brand standards consistently across multiple learning deliverable types.
  • Experience publishing and managing content within a Learning Management System.
  • Strong creative judgment and the ability to make complex material visually engaging, organized, and learner-friendly.
  • Strong attention to detail, project management skills, and ability to manage multiple production timelines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
  • Preferred: experience designing training for professional services, legal, or compliance-heavy environments.
  • Preferred: familiarity with TalentLMS or similar cloud-based LMS platforms.
  • Preferred: background in video production, motion graphics, or audio narration editing.
  • Preferred: knowledge of SCORM/xAPI standards and LMS content packaging.
  • Preferred: experience with knowledge management web platforms such as SharePoint.
  • Preferred: experience working in a hypergrowth and multi-state or geographically distributed organization.
