Description

  • Transform structured scripts and content outlines into visually compelling training modules, slide decks, workbooks, and job aids.
  • Apply Modern Family Law brand guidelines consistently across learning materials and delivery formats.
  • Design and produce eLearning modules using authoring tools, including layouts, interactions, animations, and media integration.
  • Create participant workbooks, facilitator guides, knowledge checks, and reference materials that are easy to navigate and professionally designed.
  • Select and integrate visuals, graphics, icons, and multimedia that improve comprehension without overwhelming the content.
  • Partner with curriculum developers and subject matter experts to translate content goals into effective design choices.
  • Upload, configure, and troubleshoot course content within the LMS, currently TalentLMS.
  • Maintain organized file management and version control across design assets and deliverables.
  • Ensure materials meet accessibility standards and are optimized for in-person, virtual, and asynchronous delivery.
  • Review finished materials, incorporate feedback, and continuously improve training content and production quality.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or training production, with a strong portfolio showing visual quality and design range.
  • Experience with UI/UX design principles to improve learning effectiveness for diverse learner populations.
  • Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, PowerPoint, or similar platforms.
  • Experience using graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva for Enterprise, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply brand standards consistently across multiple learning deliverable types.
  • Experience publishing and managing content within a Learning Management System.
  • Strong creative judgment and ability to make complex material visually engaging, organized, and learner-friendly.
  • Strong attention to detail, project management skills, and ability to manage multiple production timelines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating across functions with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
  • Preferred experience designing training for professional services, legal, or compliance-heavy environments; familiarity with TalentLMS, SCORM/xAPI, SharePoint, video production, motion graphics, audio narration editing, or hypergrowth/distributed organizations.
