Description

  • Serve as the firm’s subject matter expert for office interior design and workplace experience.
  • Establish, document, and maintain firm-wide design guidelines, finish standards, furniture specifications, and workplace experience principles.
  • Lead interior design for new office openings, relocations, expansions, and remodels.
  • Translate functional requirements, headcount projections, and client flow into space plans and layouts.
  • Develop design concepts, furniture plans, and finish palettes that balance aesthetics, durability, budget, and functionality.
  • Review and approve final layouts, furniture selections, and installation plans.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and scopes for office design initiatives.
  • Identify, source, evaluate, negotiate with, and manage furniture dealers, contractors, installers, and other design vendors.
  • Oversee delivery, installation, punch lists, and issue resolution to ensure offices are ready for use.
  • Partner with Facilities, IT, Operations, Marketing, and People & Culture to align design with technology, branding, accessibility, and operational needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in interior design, workplace design, facilities design, or a related environment.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, budgets, and vendors simultaneously.
  • Strong working knowledge of space planning, furniture systems, finishes, and workplace design best practices.
  • High-level knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe products, and Zoom conferencing technology.
  • Must be able to work from home with a reliable internet connection and a workstation that supports productive work during normal business hours.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of personnel, including management and support staff.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision, manage multiple priorities, and respond quickly to shifting demands.
  • Ability to stand, sit, bend, and lift items exceeding 10 lbs. as required for office setup and installations.
  • Must reside in Georgia.
  • Remote-first work capability and willingness to travel up to 25% domestically.
  • Experience in workplace experience, office openings, moves, or expansion projects is preferred.

  • Salary range of $80,000-$115,000 for Georgia, with pay adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors.
