Description

  • Own the full acquisition funnel from awareness and signup through first agent deployment and sustained trading activity.
  • Build and execute growth strategies across organic and paid channels including X, YouTube, Reddit, Coinbase network, Google, and emerging platforms.
  • Develop content-led growth programs using open-source content, live leaderboards, and trading arena results.
  • Identify and activate high-value onchain segments such as perpetual traders, quant traders, DeFi power users, and AI agent developers.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to improve onboarding, retention, and activation flows.
  • Build community and developer relationships through GitHub, Discord, Telegram, and partner integrations.
  • Manage CAC, LTV, and payback economics by channel and evaluate the contribution of each acquisition source.
  • Track growth metrics weekly and iterate based on activation rates, retention curves, and revenue outcomes.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of wallet-based acquisition and onchain user behavior.
  • Strong familiarity with the Hyperliquid ecosystem, including the exchange, community dynamics, and builder landscape.
  • Experience with agent frameworks or similar infrastructure is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive conversions on X, YouTube, and Reddit for onchain or AI products.
  • Ability to discuss autonomous agents, trading strategies, and execution infrastructure with developers and traders.
  • Experience with YAML configs, scanners, and trailing stop-loss engines is a plus.
  • Performance-obsessed analytical mindset with a track record of running and iterating on growth experiments.
  • Comfortable operating independently in an early-stage environment and building a growth function from scratch.
  • Background in perpetual, algorithmic, or quantitative trading is preferred.
  • Developer-facing growth experience, such as DevRel, open-source, or hackathons, is preferred.
  • Existing network within the crypto-AI or DeFi communities is preferred.

  • Base salary of $150,000 to $200,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Eligibility for revenue-based performance bonuses and salary increases.
