Description

  • Architect, build, and maintain real-time indexers for 100+ chains across SVM (Solana) and EVM ecosystems.
  • Take full ownership of Solana indexing, ensuring high-fidelity data capture in a high-throughput environment.
  • Design and optimize indexing systems for low latency and high concurrency, focusing on millisecond improvements and reliability.
  • Operate and scale production-ready, high-load environments that handle massive traffic spikes without downtime.
  • Handle chain-specific challenges including reorgs, RPC instability, and ensuring data consistency across distributed systems.
  • Integrate indexing services with existing backend services and tooling (including TypeScript-based services).
  • Collaborate with the core engineering team to define architecture, priorities, and operational best practices for global indexing.

Requirements

  • Expert-level proficiency in Go for building low-latency, high-concurrency systems (non-negotiable).
  • Deep, architectural understanding and hands-on experience with the Solana Virtual Machine (SVM) and its performance bottlenecks (required).
  • Proven track record building production-grade indexers from the ground up, including handling reorgs, RPC stability, and data consistency.
  • Experience building and maintaining indexers across both SVM and EVM environments and at large scale (hundreds of chains, billions of transactions).
  • Proficiency in TypeScript for maintaining and integrating with existing services.
  • Strong familiarity with DeFi primitives (AMMs, order books, liquidity pools) and crypto-native operations.
  • Ability to work across time zones with at least 4 hours overlap between 10am–6pm Brazilian time.
  • Comfortable operating in a 24/7 crypto market context and responding to production incidents promptly.
