Description

Monitor and analyze suspicious customer activity and potential fraudulent behavior.
Review payment transactions to identify risks, anomalies, and unusual patterns.
Investigate fraud cases, Terms & Conditions violations, and suspicious user activity.
Verify customer documents and perform KYC checks under internal procedures.
Analyze large winnings, withdrawals, and payment activity for potentially risky behavior.
Collaborate with Payments, Support, Retention, and other internal teams to improve fraud prevention.
Escalate high-risk cases and recommend appropriate next actions.
Maintain accurate risk-management and payment-operations reports and documentation.
Support continuous improvement of payment and risk-control processes.

Requirements

At least 3 months of experience in risk, payments, fraud prevention, KYC, compliance, customer support, or a related field.
Experience with document verification and payment processing.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify suspicious patterns.
Analytical decision-making based on available information.
High level of responsibility, accuracy, and perseverance.
Ability to manage large volumes of data and cases efficiently.
English proficiency at Pre-Intermediate (A2+) level or higher.
Experience in the iGaming industry is a strong advantage.
Experience with SoftSwiss products is a plus.
