Description

  • Perform manual image modifications, including object additions, removals, replacements, color and texture changes, background swaps, text edits, and style adjustments.
  • Preserve all non-target image elements, including layout, perspective, scale, lighting, grain, background details, and scene structure.
  • Create 8-bit grayscale PNG edit masks and precise placement guides for local edits.
  • Deliver clean, full-resolution PNG or TIFF files that match source dimensions.
  • Complete required metadata, including task, source/output, editor, licensing, provenance, and timestamp information.
  • Maintain layered PSD or Nuke source files for audit requests.
  • Identify and escalate ambiguous instructions, missing assets, policy issues, and infeasible requirements.
  • Follow project guides and initial QA processes during onboarding and task delivery.

Requirements

  • Use only 100% manual editing; AI tools, Generative Fill, AI inpainting, neural filters, auto-segmentation, and AI-generated metadata are prohibited.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Nuke, or equivalent professional image-editing software.
  • Strong knowledge of layer management, non-destructive editing, perspective matching, and color grading.
  • Ability to create 8-bit grayscale PNG masks, with white indicating edit areas and black indicating preserved areas.
  • Ability to ensure local edit regions cover at least 0.88% of the total image area, such as 48x48 pixels on a 512x512 canvas.
  • Ability to integrate edits without seams, halos, geometry distortion, repeated patterns, or lighting mismatches.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Availability for the required 8/23 shift schedule.
  • Ability to complete a practical assessment covering manual editing, mask creation, and clean PSD/Nuke layer structure.
