Description

  • Design high-stakes pitch decks and professional one-pagers tailored to specific audiences.
  • Translate complex data and narratives into clear, persuasive visual storytelling with strong hierarchy and minimalism.
  • Elevate presentations with custom fonts, elegant animations, and consistent visual treatment.
  • Maintain a polished premium style across all deliverables that blends corporate and creative design.
  • Validate visual alignment, pacing, and brand adherence before final delivery.
  • Collaborate with Tendem Agents by providing critical thinking, domain expertise, and formatting support for repetitive tasks.
  • Work independently to troubleshoot design challenges and deliver project work on schedule.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related creative field is a plus.
  • Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, or similar presentation software for complex, dynamic decks.
  • Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop, or Figma.
  • Ability to translate complex data and multi-level information structures into minimalist visual storytelling.
  • Advanced skills in typography and animation, including working with custom fonts and smooth motion.
  • Upper-intermediate English level (B2) or above is required.
  • Hands-on experience creating high-end corporate-meets-creative presentation layouts.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to visual precision.
  • CV must include a portfolio link with high-end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization examples.
