Description

  • Own end-to-end data extraction workflows across complex websites.
  • Use Apify, OpenRouter, and custom workflows to collect, validate, and execute scraping tasks.
  • Extract data from dynamic and interactive web sources, including JavaScript-rendered content.
  • Enforce data quality standards through validation checks and systematic verification.
  • Maintain cross-source consistency and adhere to required output formatting specifications.
  • Scale scraping operations for large datasets using batching or parallelization.
  • Monitor failures and keep scraping workflows stable when site structures change.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in data engineering, web scraping, automation, or software development.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical field is a plus.
  • Strong experience with Python web scraping tools such as BeautifulSoup and Selenium, or similar.
  • Experience handling dynamic content, including JS, AJAX, infinite scroll, and APIs via proxies.
  • Proven ability to extract data from complex structures, including hierarchies, archived pages, and inconsistent HTML.
  • Solid background in data cleaning, normalization, and validation, with structured datasets in CSV, JSON, or Google Sheets.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI frameworks to improve automation and problem-solving.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Self-directed work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot independently.
  • English proficiency at upper-intermediate (B2) level or above.
  • GitHub link is a plus.
