Description

  • Develop foundational brand assets, including logos, complete visual identities, and color schemes.
  • Create, organize, and deliver variations of core brand elements.
  • Enforce brand consistency across internal and external materials such as pitch decks and social media kits.
  • Build scalable visual systems aligned with modern design standards.
  • Validate design quality across digital and print mediums.
  • Serve as the main architect of the brand identity and visual foundation.
  • Collaborate within a hybrid AI + human workflow on project tasks and outputs.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications (desirable).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field (a plus).
  • Expertise in building brand identity assets from scratch, including logos, color palettes, and typography systems.
  • Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Proven ability to adapt brand identity across digital, print, social media kits, and pitch decks.
  • Strong organizational skills to create brand guidelines, style guides, and asset libraries.
  • English proficiency at Upper-intermediate (B2) or above (required).
  • A portfolio showcasing branding work, including logos, identity systems, and guidelines, must be included in the CV.
  • A strategic, detail-obsessed mindset focused on long-term brand equity.
  • Self-directed work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot independently and deliver high-quality assets.
