Description

  • Monitor regulatory developments from agencies including OCR, FTC, DEA, OIG, and DOJ and translate updates into actionable executive briefings.
  • Build and maintain a 50-state regulatory repository and standardized workflows for multi-jurisdictional compliance.
  • Lead telehealth registration management and collaborative practice agreements to support market entry and expansion.
  • Design and run internal audits, and create SOPs and documentation that establish clear operational processes.
  • Support contract lifecycle management, including vendor due diligence, template standardization, and automation efforts.
  • Partner with the Growth team to review marketing materials and claims for compliance.
  • Manage the HIPAA and Privacy Program, including annual risk assessments, BAAs, and breach coordination.
  • Build and share dashboards tracking compliance KPIs, contract metrics, and training completion.
  • Coordinate, document, and drive resolution of compliance incidents and remediation efforts.
  • Serve as a cross-functional liaison between Legal/Compliance and Operations leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in legal operations, compliance, or healthcare regulatory work.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • JD, paralegal certification, or CHC preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or digital health strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently with minimal oversight.
  • Strong attention to detail in document-heavy, regulated environments.
  • Ability to translate complex regulations into clear, practical guidance.
  • Experience building processes and workflows from scratch.
  • Strong written communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience using, or eagerness to adopt, AI tools to improve workflows.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $130,000 to $140,000 depending on experience, location, and other factors.
  • Competitive base salary plus equity.
