Description

  • Own positioning and messaging for one or more product areas such as embedded analytics, self-serve BI, AI features, or enterprise/cloud.
  • Drive product launch strategy for new features and releases across product, engineering, design, sales, and customer success.
  • Build and maintain sales enablement materials including battlecards, pitch decks, one-pagers, and objection handling guides.
  • Conduct competitive research and maintain a current understanding of the BI and analytics landscape.
  • Partner with content and demand generation on campaigns, SEO narratives, and thought leadership that drive pipeline.
  • Conduct customer and prospect interviews to gather insights that sharpen positioning and inform roadmap decisions.
  • Represent the customer voice internally by synthesizing win/loss analysis, interview feedback, and community input.
  • Support category-level storytelling at industry events.

Requirements

  • Experience in product marketing within B2B SaaS.
  • Experience in analytics, data tooling, or developer tools is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional writing ability with the skill to translate dense technical concepts for non-technical audiences without losing accuracy.
  • Comfort working with data and using tools like Metabase.
  • Proven track record of launching products or features end-to-end.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills in a fast-moving, async-friendly environment.
  • Experience marketing to both technical buyers and business buyers is a bonus.
  • Experience working across multiple GTM motions, including product-led, sales-assisted, and enterprise, is a bonus.
