Description

  • Provide professional and empathetic support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with policy information, claims processing, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow company service protocols.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate cases when needed.
  • Stay up to date on insurance products, regulations, and guidelines to provide accurate information.
  • Contribute feedback to help improve customer service quality.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer-focused skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
  • Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
