  • Provide timely customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with product information, service bookings, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and technical support teams to resolve customer needs.
  • Stay up to date on automotive products, features, and company policies to deliver accurate information.
  • Share customer feedback with management to support continuous improvement in service quality.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish, spoken and written, is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A customer-oriented attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital support tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
