Description

  • Support Czech-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with bookings and travel-related questions.
  • Resolve reservation issues, changes, and cancellations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in company systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience.
  • Explain Booking.com travel options and available services.
  • Collect customer feedback to support service improvements.

Requirements

  • Fluent Czech and English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous customer service or travel support experience is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Warm, welcoming approach with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in learning about the travel industry and developing customer service skills.
