Description

  • Own the consolidated corporate financial model and rolling forecasts.
  • Build valuation, transaction, capital structure, and pro forma combined-entity models.
  • Manage financial diligence, including EBITDA normalization, working capital analysis, and validation of management adjustments.
  • Track post-transaction integration performance against plan and report value-capture results.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly lender reporting, including financial statements, covenant calculations, and supporting schedules.
  • Contribute to monthly financial reporting and cash forecasting.
  • Partner with leadership on long-range planning, capital allocation, and organic growth investment analysis.
  • Translate financial analysis into executive-ready reporting and decision-support materials.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction services, or corporate development at a PE-backed company.
  • Demonstrated experience with complex transaction modeling and financial diligence.
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills, including three-statement, LBO, accretion/dilution, and sources-and-uses models.
  • Direct experience in a B2B SaaS or recurring-revenue business and knowledge of its growth drivers and unit economics.
  • Experience owning monthly reporting, cash forecasting, and lender or covenant reporting.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, adjusted EBITDA methodology, and quality-of-earnings concepts.
  • Excellent written communication and ability to create executive-ready materials.
  • Self-starting, curious, and comfortable balancing transaction work with recurring operating-finance responsibilities.
  • Willingness to work overlapping U.S. Eastern hours during active transaction phases.
  • Experience with U.S.-based sponsors, sponsor-backed companies, or leveraged environments preferred; CFA preferred.
