Description

  • Run the technical execution, versioning, and rollout of design projects for products, features, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing, production, and other cross-functional teams to ensure work meets client expectations and brand guidelines.
  • Execute master creatives across multiple formats and contribute ideas and best practices to improve the design pipeline.
  • Translate complex creative briefs into clear and actionable production workflows.
  • Ensure pixel-perfect design execution with strong attention to quality and detail.
  • Adapt and craft interactive assets for social media and other digital channels according to platform best practices.
  • Create designs and technical setups for POS print media.
  • Build and maintain templates, style guides, and asset libraries to improve consistency and efficiency.
  • Mentor and support junior designers by providing guidance and feedback.
  • Manage multiple projects at once and prioritize work to meet deadlines.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Production Designer or in a similar role, ideally in a digital or advertising environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Figma and InDesign, as well as Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating digital production, asset adaptation, and advertising work.
  • Experience with design execution from master asset handoff through final delivery.
  • Strong understanding of typography, grid systems, layout, and pre-press standards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for client and team collaboration.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience creating print-ready POS files in InDesign and Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with current social media specifications and best practices for visual content.
  • Interest in AI and automation technology, including evolving tools and functionality.
  • Ability to guide junior team members, oversee their work, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end development such as HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI is a plus.
  • Experience with automated versioning tools or scripting to scale production workflows is a plus.
  • Experience with generative or agentic AI tools is a plus.
