Description

  • Conceptualise and execute creative and content campaigns from ideation through delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director, strategists, and account teams on digital-first ideas aligned with brand objectives.
  • Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to inform creative decisions.
  • Partner with content creators, influencers, and production teams to bring social and content ideas to life.
  • Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Present creative concepts and campaigns to internal teams and clients.
  • Incorporate client feedback and iterate on creative work to meet project objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior creatives in a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a creative role focused on digital media and content creation.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing innovative creative, digital media, and content campaigns.
  • Experience developing creative concepts and executing campaigns across digital channels.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to different brand voices and tones.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A data-informed mindset with understanding of metrics and engagement-driven content creation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for internal and client-facing work.
  • Resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience working within the local Madrid market or with international agency networks is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of emerging AI creative tools or motion graphics is a plus.
