Description

  • Drive technical execution of the roadmap and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high quality standard.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to balance feature development, technical debt, and operational stability.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client and internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate progress, manage expectations, and mitigate technical risks throughout project delivery.
  • Own the quality of team deliverables and help define engineering quality standards and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and architectural context to unblock the team and support scalable solutions.
  • Attract, coach, develop, and retain engineering talent.
  • Create career progression plans and provide regular feedback to team members.
  • Support continuous learning and development through training opportunities.
  • Help shape and execute the engineering organization’s vision.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of professional engineering experience.
  • 3+ years of management experience.
  • Experience with web and native iOS applications.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Knowledge of design and architectural patterns and development best practices.
  • Proven success leading complex, cross-functional engineering projects from concept to production.
  • Experience defining and implementing quality standards in engineering practices.
  • Experience working on highly distributed teams across multiple countries and time zones.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $81,049 to $99,934 USD.
  • Return-to-office policy for candidates within commuting distance of an office location.
  • Remote work indicated for the role, with office days required only under the company’s RTO policy.
