Description

  • Transfer content from documents, spreadsheets, and legacy sites into WordPress.
  • Format pages and blog posts to ensure brand consistency, readability, and SEO alignment.
  • Upload images, videos, and other media assets while optimizing for performance.
  • Double-check content for formatting issues, broken links, and display problems.
  • Implement basic on-page SEO optimizations such as title tags, alt text, and meta descriptions.
  • Ensure pages are mobile responsive and accessible.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to keep workflows running smoothly.
  • Flag content gaps, design issues, and technical challenges as they arise.
  • Provide regular progress updates and communicate blockers to the team.
  • Maintain clear records of uploads, task status, and completed work while suggesting process improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with WordPress content management and publishing.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on formatting, accuracy, and design consistency.
  • Familiarity with CMS tools, page builders such as Elementor or Gutenberg, and WordPress plugins.
  • Basic understanding of SEO best practices for on-page optimization.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to follow processes and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, or basic web development is preferred.
  • Familiarity with content migration at scale, such as site redesigns or multi-page uploads, is preferred.
  • Comfort using Google Sheets, Trello, or Asana for task tracking is preferred.
  • Understanding of accessibility guidelines and responsive design is preferred.
