Description

  • Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps aligned with company goals and customer needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, UX, clinical, and marketing through the product lifecycle.
  • Manage feature execution through Product Owners.
  • Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Track and report on product performance using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy, including offerings, packaging, and pricing models.
  • Size market opportunities, develop monetization plans, and evaluate financial impact.
  • Work across marketing, sales, and partner teams to understand emerging market segments.
  • Build business cases and market entry frameworks to support product investment decisions.
  • Partner with clients and strategic accounts to develop solutions, gather feedback, validate product-market fit, and drive adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 4+ years of product management experience.
  • 10+ years of professional experience, preferably in healthcare technology or health information services.
  • Proven ability to define and deliver high-impact products in an agile environment.
  • Experience working with finance and strategy teams on investment cases and revenue models.
  • Strong business skills across go-to-market activities in product management and/or product marketing.
  • Proven track record of launching B2B or enterprise products from concept to commercialization.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Background in consulting or business development is preferred.
  • MBA or equivalent business strategy experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of utilization management workflows, medical necessity criteria, payer operations, and clinical decision-making.
  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards and clinical data formats such as HL7, FHIR, CCD, and X12 is a plus.
  • Experience with AI, LLM, and/or NLP-powered products is a plus.
  • Familiarity with healthcare workflows, EMRs, or clinical content platforms is highly desirable.

  • Pay range of $150,000 to $210,000.
