Description

  • Own the community experience for MasterClass Executive and Certificate cohorts from onboarding through alumni programming.
  • Develop community strategy, rituals, programming, and connection opportunities for each cohort.
  • Facilitate daily conversations, answer learner questions, connect participants, and maintain an inclusive environment.
  • Manage multiple cohorts while monitoring engagement, sentiment, and retention and re-engaging inactive learners.
  • Build and manage community platforms, channels, playbooks, templates, automations, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Identify and support learner leaders, mentors, and alumni advocates.
  • Partner with Events on live sessions and in-person experiences, including attendance and post-event engagement.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Program, and Support teams to apply learner feedback and community insights.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in community management, learner or member experience, customer engagement, or a related field, including ownership of a community program.
  • Experience building and growing an engaged online community, preferably from an early or ambiguous stage.
  • Exceptional written communication and facilitation skills for professional or executive audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Circle, Slack, Discord, Discourse, or Mighty Networks.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple cohorts and programs.
  • Experience using engagement and retention data to test ideas and improve community experiences.
  • Adaptability and curiosity regarding emerging technology, including AI-enabled community workflows.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours around live programming and cohort milestones.
  • Must be based in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario or British Columbia, Canada.
