Description

  • Own the IT security architecture and keep it up to date.
  • Design security architecture and ensure it is properly implemented in systems, environments, and projects.
  • Review risk analyses and assess whether threat scenarios and proposed controls are realistic and effective.
  • Run proof-of-concepts for new security tools and evaluate their technical fit.
  • Handle legally protected information correctly across bank systems, including encryption and access controls.
  • Roll out new security processes and solutions aligned with the bank’s security strategy.
  • Collaborate with group-level security teams across the organization.
  • Evaluate and deploy security solutions in a hands-on capacity.
  • Communicate complex security concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • Experience working as an IT Security Architect or in a similar security architecture role.
  • Hands-on experience with security solution evaluation, proof-of-concepts, and implementation.
  • Knowledge across network security, cloud environments, application security, cryptography, and PKI.
  • Familiarity with security tooling such as SIEM, EDR, XDR, DLP, WAF, DAM, NDR, and firewalls.
  • Ability to explain complex security concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, cross-organizational environment.
  • Comfort with a hands-on role rather than a purely advisory position.
