Description

  • Translate high-level product strategies into actionable media briefs for media agency activation and operations teams.
  • Manage multi-channel investment, traffic, and conversion forecasts across the digital ecosystem.
  • Monitor real-time budget pacing and investment performance, identifying optimisation opportunities and anomalies.
  • Track GStore inventory and flag out-of-stock risks proactively.
  • Own the Learning Agenda roadmap, coordinating A/B testing, experimentation, and creative refreshes with agency partners.
  • Document test results and integrate learnings into the overall strategy.
  • Consolidate performance data across the digital stack into clear narratives on traffic and sales performance.
  • Establish and maintain a regular Direct Response reporting cadence for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Drive operational excellence by defining methods and timelines for strategic implementation.
  • Coordinate seamlessly among product, marketing, sales, and agency partners while ensuring compliance with internal policies, privacy regulations, and brand safety guidelines.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Media Operations.
  • Documented track record of driving bottom-of-funnel conversions such as sales or activations.
  • Hands-on experience or deep oversight of performance media buying on platforms like Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
  • Experience designing and managing structured Learning Agendas, including A/B testing and incrementality testing.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel and the ability to synthesise raw data into performance narratives.
  • Proven ability to manage complex forecasting and budget pacing for high-spend accounts.
  • Experience working directly with media agencies, including writing briefs and holding teams accountable to KPIs and pacing.
  • Experience in consumer electronics or high-volume e-commerce is preferred.
  • Expert-level knowledge of full-stack media platforms, with familiarity in analytics and data visualisation tools for automated dashboards.
  • Experience managing media across multiple markets.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be able to work in an APAC-friendly time zone, starting at 5:30 a.m. IST.
