Description

  • Own the end-to-end creative process for social content from brief and research through ideation and final copy execution.
  • Develop and manage social media editorial calendars for LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
  • Ensure content aligns with broader brand strategies and platform-specific objectives.
  • Write copy across digital marketing initiatives, brand campaigns, and internal communication materials.
  • Balance routine copywriting needs with the development of original creative concepts.
  • Identify audience insights and social trends to shape content pillars and social tactics.
  • Lead internal knowledge-sharing sessions on copywriting, social strategy, and digital culture trends.
  • Collaborate with designers and art directors to align visual and verbal creative elements.
  • Present creative concepts and strategic rationale to internal stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in copywriting and social media planning.
  • Experience in a creative agency, consultancy, or technology-led environment.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt tone and voice across multiple brand identities.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to use social insights to guide creative direction.
  • Comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced, start-up style environment.
  • Passion for technology and entertainment brands and storytelling.
  • Fluency in another Asian language is ideally preferred for APAC projects.
