Description

  • Perform jury-related litigation consulting across pretrial and trial matters.
  • Moderate mock trials, focus groups, and online jury research sessions.
  • Conduct shadow juries, jury selection support, juror social media research, and public records research.
  • Prepare witness consultations, community attitude surveys, voir dire support, demographic profiling, and reporting.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on research findings and trial observations.
  • Collaborate with the research team and client stakeholders throughout projects.
  • Work with the sales team to help close jury consulting engagements.
  • Own projects from intake through delivery and manage client-facing communication.
  • Support trial monitoring, visual communication consulting, and other related litigation consulting services.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree such as a Ph.D. or Master’s in psychology or a related field, and/or a J.D. is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field for senior-level consultant candidates.
  • Strong understanding of the civil legal process, procedures, and terminology.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, speaking, and writing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work confidently in client-facing settings.
  • Experience with both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Knowledge of social science research methodology.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with analytical software such as SPSS.
  • General understanding of presentation technology.
  • Client development skills are helpful.
  • Hiring is open at both junior and senior levels.

  • Total compensation packages start at $115,000 and increase based on experience, skillset, and seniority.
