Description

  • Own video production end to end, from concept, scripting, and storyboarding through editing, motion, sound, and final delivery.
  • Produce platform-native video content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Shorts, and Reels.
  • Repurpose webinars, podcasts, conference talks, and customer interviews into short-form clips and highlight cuts.
  • Design motion graphics and animation assets such as kinetic typography, explainer sequences, logo stings, and lower-thirds.
  • Create AI-native video content at scale using generative video tools for B-roll, cinematic sequences, and ad variations.
  • Produce AI-generated podcasts and presenter-led videos using avatar and voice tools.
  • Build thumbnails, social graphics, title cards, and reusable templates in design and video tools.
  • Coordinate remote shoots with executives, founders, freelancers, and distributed teams across time zones.
  • Manage delivery details such as aspect ratios, captions, subtitles, sound design, and brand consistency.
  • Track performance metrics and iterate based on views, watch time, retention, engagement, and shares.

Requirements

  • 3–4+ years of experience producing and editing video for social and brand.
  • A strong portfolio or reel that demonstrates storytelling and production craft.
  • Experience creating content for the US market with a strong understanding of US B2B tone and audience expectations.
  • A proven track record of high-performing short-form content on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools such as Higgsfield, Kling, Runway, Sora, or Veo, or equivalent tools.
  • Experience creating AI-generated podcasts and avatar-led videos using tools like HeyGen, Synthesia, or equivalent.
  • Strong motion design and animation skills with Adobe After Effects or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Adobe Express.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage remote shoots with distributed teams and on-camera talent.
  • B2B experience is required, and experience in IT, technology, SaaS, or cloud is strongly preferred.
  • Preferred: Prior experience producing video for a B2B technology, SaaS, cloud, AWS Partner, or IT services company.
  • Preferred: A portfolio containing viral or exceptionally high-performing content on LinkedIn, TikTok, or YouTube.
  • Preferred: Experience directing executives, founders, or other on-camera talent.
  • Preferred: Sound design and audio editing experience, including tools like Descript and ElevenLabs.
  • Preferred: Understanding of YouTube and social SEO, including thumbnails, titles, hooks, and retention.
  • Preferred: A background in photography, design, or animation.
