Description

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to Finance and operations leadership on program growth strategy for the Health Plans / Health Systems channel.
  • Own and maintain forecast models for annual and long-range planning to project demand and resource needs.
  • Define and drive strategy for forecasting health plan and health system demand and for investing in provider supply to meet growth targets.
  • Monitor program performance against forecasts, analyze variances, and incorporate learnings into forward-looking program health projections.
  • Identify and lead cross-functional strategic initiatives with Finance, Clinical, and operations teams to improve program growth and profitability.
  • Identify opportunities to improve forecasting and planning processes through automation and technology and drive implementation.
  • Manage relationships and coordinate project work across cross-functional stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, digital health, or related fields.
  • Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter able to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to structure and solve ambiguous, complex strategic problems.
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills; Excel/Google Sheets/SQL required and forecasting/financial modeling experience is a plus.
  • Ability to distill and effectively communicate key insights from complex analytics and large data sets.
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional relationships.
  • Passion for expanding access to high-quality mental health care.
  • Experience with process automation or using technology to drive operational efficiencies is preferred.

  • $106,000–$146,000 annual base salary range (placement depends on skills, experience, and location) and potential eligibility for discretionary bonuses.
