Description

  • Lead the convergence of agent-managed listing content and MLS-sourced search data into a single central architecture.
  • Own the Listing Suite product vision and deliver a unified experience for managing all listings in one place.
  • Partner with data engineering to define the unified data model, migration strategy, and phased rollout plan.
  • Define and ship AI-powered search to beta for consumer listing discovery on agent websites.
  • Develop a prioritized data product roadmap within the first 60 days, including build/buy/partner analysis, revenue estimates, and phased execution.
  • Identify and deliver new data products across agent-facing, consumer-facing, and brokerage analytics use cases.
  • Own each product end-to-end from problem framing and scoping through delivery, launch, and iteration.
  • Drive alignment across engineering, data, design, and go-to-market teams without direct reports.
  • Communicate proactively with leadership and unblock engineering partners throughout delivery.
  • Use AI-native ways of working to accelerate research, analysis, specification, prototyping, and execution.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in product management, including at least 3 years focused on data products, data platforms, or data-intensive consumer/B2B applications.
  • Deep hands-on experience with MLS data and IDX/RETS/RESO standards.
  • Experience with real estate listing data compliance, licensing, display rules, and listing lifecycles.
  • Track record of shipping data products from zero to one with measurable business impact.
  • Experience partnering on data architecture and modeling, including schema design and enrichment pipeline decisions.
  • Ability to work credibly with data engineering on unified data models and migration planning.
  • AI-native mindset with regular use of LLMs, copilots, and automation for research, specs, analysis, and prototyping.
  • Experience shipping or meaningfully contributing to at least one AI-powered product experience.
  • Strong leadership traits including extreme ownership, relentless execution, and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Customer empathy for real estate agents and strong product sensibility for how data surfaces in the user experience.
