Description

  • Review websites for content accuracy, functionality, responsiveness, design consistency, and completeness using QA checklists.
  • Identify, document, and report issues such as missing content, broken links, formatting errors, visual defects, and potential compliance concerns.
  • Verify websites align with each client’s branding, design framework, and requirements.
  • Assess imagery, spacing, typography, colors, and overall presentation for visual consistency.
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback to Website Builders and Data Specialists.
  • Collaborate with senior Quality Specialists and production teams to clarify findings and support timely corrections.
  • Identify recurring quality issues and share observations to improve workflows.
  • Research basic QA and design issues using SOPs and internal tools, escalating complex challenges when needed.

Requirements

  • 0–1 years of experience in website QA, quality control, web design, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
  • Ability to provide organized, respectful, and actionable written feedback.
  • Comfort following established QA guidelines, checklists, and SOPs.
  • Basic understanding of website functionality, responsive design, and UX/UI principles (preferred).
  • Familiarity with website editors, QA tools, or design platforms (preferred).
  • Willingness to learn Luxury Presence quality standards, design best practices, compliance guidelines, and AI tools.
  • Current resident of the Philippines.
  • Available to work graveyard hours, 5 days per week, 9 hours per day including a one-hour meal break.
  • Own a laptop or desktop, have a valid government ID and bank account or willingness to open one, and maintain 100 Mbps internet with a backup connection and reliable power.
