Description

  • Recruit and select team members to build a diverse and effective store team.
  • Train and develop the management team and store staff on brand, product, and service standards.
  • Drive sales by developing and executing business plans aligned with company strategy and performance goals.
  • Collaborate with the team to exceed daily sales targets and deliver an inclusive customer experience.
  • Educate customers and staff on brand values, product benefits, and ethical business practices.
  • Coach, develop, and provide feedback to improve employee performance and career growth.
  • Support diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives across hiring, training, and daily operations.
  • Manage store compliance with policies, procedures, health and safety, and workplace standards.
  • Oversee stock, inventory, ordering, waste, and merchandising to maintain a well-run store.
  • Create scheduling plans that meet staffing needs, payroll targets, and employee wellbeing requirements.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of retail management experience.
  • Strong HR skills in hiring, scheduling, training, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Strong customer service, supervisory, and sales skills.
  • Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
  • Preferred experience with consultation-based customer service models.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office, with adaptability to other systems as needed.
  • Preferred experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training.
  • Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages is preferred.
