Description

  • Lead end-to-end technical onboarding and implementation for new clients, serving as project lead from kickoff through go-live.
  • Partner with clients to understand business needs and develop tailored implementation plans aligned to their use cases.
  • Analyze business processes, gather and prioritize requirements, and deliver end-user training as defined by Statements of Work.
  • Manage implementation project plans, timelines, and cross-functional coordination to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, DevOps, Support, and Community teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Provide intermediate and advanced post-onboarding training on complex product features and deliver product demonstrations as a subject matter expert.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve implementation issues, proactively mitigate risks, and conduct quality assurance, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Maintain deep product knowledge, assist with testing new features, document best practices, and serve as the Voice of the Customer to inform product improvements and roadmap decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completion or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Expertise in training, demonstrations, and presentations for end users and stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of technical IT issues, including applications and data security, to engage with technical specialists.
  • Demonstrated experience defining and optimizing business processes and developing implementation materials (documentation, videos, etc.).
  • Ability to drive strategic and tactical planning to anticipate business requirements and manage shifting workloads.
  • High-level organizational ability with excellent written and oral communication skills to manage expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Experience working with continual improvement of implementation processes and materials.
  • Preferred: 3+ years working within higher education, including student placement and work-integrated learning processes.
  • Preferred: Proven ability to incorporate change management strategies and perform with minimal supervision when handling complex issues.
  • Preferred: Strong business analysis/specification skills, commercial acumen, relationship management, and high-level problem-solving skills.
