Description

  • Create business performance diagnostics and process assessments.
  • Lead and develop implementation design sessions with customers for warehouse, supply chain, and transportation management processes.
  • Configure, test, and train customers on Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain warehouse, supply chain, and TMS solution designs.
  • Document high-level requirements and write developer tasks for technical feasibility, estimates, and delivery planning.
  • Develop and test detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes.
  • Implement and support product information management, manufacturing/distribution, inventory management, supply chain processes, advanced warehouse management, transportation management, and master planning.
  • Identify functional gaps and conflicts in requirements and drive solutions to resolution.
  • Coordinate with technical staff on application build, test, and deployment activities.
  • Assist with or lead data conversion planning and execution.
  • Drive test planning and execution, and support project and program management activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a technology-related field.
  • 4+ years of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Finance & Supply Chain, or AX2012 implementation experience, or equivalent supply chain, warehouse, or manufacturing experience on a full lifecycle implementation.
  • Experience with at least 3 end-to-end ERP implementations.
  • Experience participating in requirements gathering for IT systems.
  • Working knowledge of at least one software development methodology.
  • Clear and concise oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead people, teams, and projects.
  • Understanding of business management and strategic evaluation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Visio.
  • Ability to work independently and take personal responsibility.
  • Master’s degree in business or technology (preferred).
  • Dynamics 365 certifications in F&O/F&SC or CE/FS (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project (preferred).
  • 5+ years of Warehouse Management experience or 5+ years of Supply Chain Management experience (preferred).
