Description

  • Oversee the design, architecture, and implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solution components.
  • Support solution consultants across technical and business disciplines.
  • Design, implement, and support Long View’s Business Application D365 Finance & Operations portfolio.
  • Work with customers, business clients, business analysts, developers, and other architects to define customer solutions and deliver engagements.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Digital Architects to identify growth opportunities and build sales strategies.
  • Proactively build a pipeline of opportunities to support territory revenue targets.
  • Maximize ongoing support and services delivery value by reviewing utilization and aligning backlogs with client success.
  • Serve as an escalation point for issues related to offerings and help develop resolution plans.
  • Provide direction and assistance to team members in resolving situations and issues independently.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of industry experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • 5+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum.
  • Proven experience with Dynamics 365 F&O presales and demos.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present clearly to internal and external stakeholders in written, oral, and presentation formats.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, including envisioning workshops and art-of-the-possible sessions.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to continuously improve skills and stay current in the field.
  • Post-secondary education is preferred.
  • Industry certifications such as Dynamics FastTrack, Microsoft MVP, Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF, Zachman) are preferred.
  • Relevant Azure experience across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions is preferred.
